Transitional
Coach
Some changes feel obvious.
Others arrive quietly over time.
My work began in those quiet places.
For years, I’ve worked at the intersection of product, design, and systems complexity. Inside startups, scale-ups, and strategy teams.
I’ve seen what transition looks like up close: the moments when structures start to shift, identity starts blurring, and ambition starts asking harder questions. Pivoting careers, relocations, living within systems that burn our nervous systems out.
Clear North is where I bring those themes together: coaching presence, product thinking, and the kind of reflection that promotes awareness to enable change.
I work with people who are navigating change not just professionally, but personally, where the career move is part of a deeper reorientation. What I offer is space to think clearly, feel fully, and reorient your work around what matters.
My approach is reflective, pragmatic, and grounded in real experience inside the tech industry. I’m trained in coaching, but I adapt my methods. I bring depth, calm structure, and an ability to ask questions that reveal more than they resolve.
Some clients come after relocations, layoffs burnout, taking new jobs and are struggling with imposter syndrome, feeling out of place.
Others are stepping into new roles or positions that demand more than skills, they demand a new way of being in order to succeed.
Some are simply ready to stop performing and start living differently.
This is about returning to yourself, and deciding how to build from there.
