We’re committed to making your experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process to help you gain clarity, take action, and create meaningful change. It’s not therapy: we’re not here to process or heal past trauma. And it’s not consulting: I won’t hand you a pre-written answer. Instead, we work together to explore new perspectives and build self-awareness, uncover your own solutions, and build the mindset and actions that move you forward.
I work with professionals, leaders, and individuals navigating meaningful change — whether that’s stepping into a new role, relocating, rebuilding after burnout, or rethinking the direction of your life.
My approach is always tailored to your context and values.
It depends on your goals and where you are in your coaching journey. If you’re new to coaching, most clients begin with a package of 4-6 sessions. This creates a clear commitment to change, the structure and financial investment help maintain focus and reduce the risk of self-sabotage.
If you’ve worked with me before or are returning to coaching, ad hoc or open-ended sessions can be just as effective. These are often chosen when you’re facing a specific new event or decision in your life. There’s no set program, we begin with reflective practice, and if needed, build a plan together. You’ll have as many sessions as and when you need them, based on your own conscious choice to seek support, my door stays open.
Sessions are held online, but its possible to meet in person if you are in Zurich upon arrangement. Before our first session, you’ll complete a short intake form so we can start with focus and clarity. Most sessions last 60 minutes.
We start with what matters most right now, explore underlying patterns, and leave with concrete actions or reflections to carry forward.
Yes — with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If part of a package, it allows a maximum of two reschedules.
Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full or counted as a session taken.
These boundaries protect your commitment and ensure time is held for clients who are ready to do the work.
Your feedback is always welcome, and we’ll make adjustments wherever possible before considering cancellation. If you decide to end coaching early, we’ll follow the fair refund policy outlined in your agreement.
Sessions may be transcribed using AI for accuracy, this allows me to focus deeply in the conversation without losing important context of our journey together.
You may request to opt out, in this case I will take handwritten anonymised notes. Transcriptions and notes are kept secure and confidential.

There’s no obligation — the aim is for you to leave with greater clarity, whether we work together or not.
If I believe another coach or specialist would be a better fit for your needs, I’ll gladly recommend someone from my trusted network.
