Founded by Letícia Patrício, our practice is built on the principle that coaching should do more than set goals, it should help you navigate the complexities of change, uncover new perspectives, and build the momentum to act.

Letícia Patrício is a coach, facilitator, and product strategist with over six years of experience supporting individuals and teams through transition, complexity, and identity-level change.
Her work blends product thinking, design facilitation, and reflective coaching to help people and organizations navigate uncertainty with clarity and intention.

Key areas of experience include:

-Workshop facilitation and product/design strategy for startups, scale-ups, and cross-functional teams — leading sessions on alignment, prioritization, ethical trade-offs, and decision-making under complexity

- Design thinking and product thinking facilitation, helping teams structure ambiguous problems, uncover system dynamics, and move toward meaningful direction

- Mentorship at Designlab (2020–2023), guiding early-career UX designers through career transitions, portfolio development, and identity formation

- Coaching within Unity’s Women ERG (2024–2025), supporting women in tech with 1:1 coaching on leadership, burnout recovery, and career inflection points inside a global tech organization

- Independent coaching practice (2023–present), working with tech professionals navigating layoffs, leadership transitions, and career reorientation. Her approach is grounded in structured reflection and a calm, presence-led style aligned with EMCC coaching standards

- Lecturing and public speaking on AI ethics, responsible innovation — delivering guest sessions for postgraduate students, engineering teams, and interdisciplinary audiences.

Letícia holds a diploma in coaching and is currently completing her EMCC accreditation.
